Article 2 – Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the CeKe Ltd website.
Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The customer acknowledges having read these Terms and Conditions before confirming their order.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time to reflect legal, regulatory or commercial changes. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date the order is confirmed.
Article 3 – Products
CeKe Ltd takes great care in presenting and describing its products in order to inform the customer as accurately as possible.
The photographs, illustrations, mock-ups, graphic representations and visuals on the website are provided for illustrative purposes. Slight differences may exist in colours, print rendering, positioning of designs, dimensions, garment cut and finishes. These differences do not alter the essential characteristics of the products offered for sale.
Size guides are provided for guidance only. A slight manufacturing tolerance may occur depending on the manufacturer.
CeKe Ltd reserves the right to modify, replace or withdraw any product from its catalogue without notice. Such changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are expressed in euros (€), including taxes, excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown before confirmation. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of ordering.
Article 5 – Orders
An order becomes final once the basket, customer details and payment have been confirmed and these Terms and Conditions accepted.
CeKe Ltd may refuse or cancel an order in the event of fraud, incorrect information, a previous dispute or exceptional unavailability. Any order cancelled after payment will be refunded.
Article 6 – Payment
Payments are made through the secure payment solutions offered on the website. No banking data is stored by CeKe Ltd.
Article 7 – Delivery
Delivery times are given for guidance only and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier or circumstances beyond CeKe Ltd's control.
The customer is invited to check the parcel on receipt and to report any problem promptly.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days in accordance with European regulations. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and complete. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of an error by CeKe Ltd or a defective product. Personalised products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Article 9 – Warranties
Products are covered by the applicable legal warranties. Damage caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear or modification of the product is not covered.
Article 10 – Liability
CeKe Ltd cannot be held liable in the event of misuse, normal wear and tear, force majeure, technical failure or delay attributable to the carrier. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Article 12 – Intellectual property
All content on the website is protected. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Article 13 – Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any proceedings before the competent courts.
