Refund policy

1. Our commitment

At CeKe Ltd, we do everything we can to offer you quality products that match your order. If, despite all our care, an item does not suit you, you may exercise your right of withdrawal under the conditions described below.

2. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Contact: contact@ceke-info.com.

3. Return conditions

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, with any labels attached and in their original packaging where possible. Any product that is incomplete, damaged, worn or washed will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Excluded products

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to personalised products, products made to the customer's specifications, or products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons after use.

5. Refund terms

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, CeKe Ltd will issue a refund within a maximum of fourteen (14) days using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a picking error or a defective or non-conforming product.

6. Defective product or error

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs. Depending on the situation, a replacement, a refund or another suitable solution may be offered.
